Outreach

At Covenant, everything about us is missional, and we are guided by our vision: to build bridges of God’s hope and healing in our relationships, in our community, and across the world.

At home, we are reaching hundreds of children and their families through our children's ministries, such as Vacation Bible School, Trunk or Treat, and the Easter Egg Hunt. During the school year, we feed hundreds of students from Rampart High School at our weekly Grilled Cheese lunch program. Youth are inviting their friends to youth group, ski trips, and other fun activities. Several ministries and organizations share our facility with us throughout the week, multiplying our reach into the community.

In addition, we serve outside our four walls.

  • Russian Orphans Ministry

At Covenant, we partner with Children’s HopeChest and Orphan's Tree to bring the benefits of family and God’s hope to Russian orphans. We have been traveling to Russia for over a decade to minister to one of the most vulnerable populations in the world. In 2017 and 2018, teams visited the Pokrov Orphanage and Vladimir Ministry Center, and the Kostroma region where we partnered with local staff to hold an orientation camp for newly graduated orphans.

Sponsor Pokrov Children: A monthly sponsorship is $34 can transform a child's life. Stop by the Russia table in the Atrium on Sunday mornings to find out how to sponsor a child.

Visit the Children’s HopeChest website and the Orphans Tree website to learn more about our Russia ministry partners. For additional information about our Russian Orphans Ministry, for information about traveling with future teams, or if you would like to donate to our ministry, contact the church office: office@covenant-pres.org.
